We’ll set up and manage your own online registration system, capturing all your event details and data, storing it in one place.  Then we’ll help you manage your delegate registrations from multiple locations worldwide.

Once delegates are registered they can login and update their own personal details, thus eliminating timely data entry and human error.

All registrations are recorded and viewed in real time and registrants receive automatic confirmations direct to their email address.

We can also group delegates into categories, manage breakout sessions and conference agendas.  All updates are are e mailed to registered delegates.

The registration forms can also be used alone, as part of our microsite package or embedded in to a client’s website.

 

Booking accommodation on-line

Do your delegates need accommodation at your next event? Our hotel module works alongside our online registration system and will take the stress from what can be a very time consuming element to any residential conference or event.

The system collects delegate’s hotel reservation details and stores them with their personal profiles.

We can block rooms in different hotels and allow delegates to book directly from the registration form.

The system can take credit card details as a guarantee on behalf of the hotel and then allow guests to pay on check out.

In addition, we can give the hotel direct access to the site so that they can manage the bookings from their side ensuring that all relevant parties have the same information for your event.


Conference or event payments

Easily set up payment systems for your event and start taking payments today.

Systems can be set up to allow delegates to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or invoice and can be reconciled against external accounting packages such as Sage.

The system can automatically calculate additional fees and discounts if required, e.g. taxes, early bird discounts, cancellation and late booking fees.

 
Micro sites & web development

We’ll design and build a microsite with your branding, providing delegates with all the necessary pre & post event information online.

As the event program develops the information can be updated making the site the main point of information for the event.

The site can include event itineraries, hotel & travel information, speaker bios and any sponsor logos or images.

Registration forms can be integrated to the site allowing delegates to register and even update and manage their own profiles.


Accounts, invoices & customised reports

Your delegates can pay on-line, receiving confirmation and an automatically generated invoice, all copied direct to your inbox.

Electronic invoices can be created online with downloadable accounts of your event.

For those delegates who prefer to be invoiced for their event prior to payment we can set up a  pro-forma invoice, which can be sent as a confirmation via e mail to registrants to enable them to pay by BACS or cheque.

We can also create customised reports specific to your event, including detailed financial, catering, accommodation and workshop attendee reports.

They can be downloaded in Excel or PDF so they are easy to use and in a printable format should you need hard copies.

Reports can be based on any information entered by delegates so we can provide you with individual lists at your request, and all the reports are provided in real-time giving an up to the second view on the event registration status.
